My family always laughed at me when I suggested Oxford had its own micro climate making it several degrees colder than every where else. It wasn't until my friend visiting from Nottingham exclaimed, that he wished he had stayed there as it was colder here that I really began to believe in my theory.... Luckily, there is a solution.
