Oxford Fashion Week will be taking place on 31st September at The Sheldonian theatre, an exquisite Grade I listed building, designed by Sir Christopher Wren. This year Oxford Fashion Week is part of Oxford Fashion Studio who are launching the 2015 season of runway shows which spans September through to November and includes runway shows in New York, Paris, Oxford, Houston and Los Angeles. Oxford Fashion Studio exists to discover and support brilliant emerging designers from all over the world. At the heart of Oxford Fashion Studio is a love for brilliant design and a respect for how it invites us to experience life differently. Oxford Fashion Studio runway shows exhibit extraordinary designs from exceptional established and emerging designers.
  

OPEN MODEL CASTINGS
 Each season, the Oxford Fashion Week team gives the opportunity to local residents and university students to attend an open casting to model for the runway shows. We are looking for male and female models to join us at The Varsity Club, Oxford on Saturday the 10th October between 1pm and 5pm for our first round of castings. No previous experience is necessary but applicants must be 16 years of age or over. At the castings: Female models are required to bring 3inch black heels, wear tight fitting clothes that show your figure, and to please wear minimal make-up

Any models that are selected for this seasons Oxford Fashion Week must be available on the 31st of October for the shows. To pre-register, applicants must visit: www.oxfordfashionweek.com/models 

OXFORD FASHION WEEK FOUNDED IN 2009
 Oxford is one of the great intellectual and cultural capitals of the world, holds the world’s first public museum and is home to the 919 year old ancient University of Oxford. Oxford Fashion Week was founded in 2009 and has featured designers including Matthew Williamson, Alexander McQueen and Valentin Yudashkin. Oxford is synonymous with fashion being the inspiration for the Oxford shoe and the name of the busiest shopping street in Europe. The complete Oxford Fashion Week runway schedule and events happening alongside the runway shows will be published on our website on 30th September.
